1. General conditions
Any natural or legal person (hereinafter: User) who uses the survinator.com site or any information found there accepts the rules and conditions described below (hereinafter, in summary: Agreement) as binding. The Agreement is a legal contract between the User and the owner of survinator.com: Sándor Bíró as an individual entrepreneur (Tax number: 74450655-1-29, EV registration number: 22374322) (hereinafter: Service Provider), which covers computer software, data storage, for all documents that can be extracted from the system. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you may not use survinator.com.
Users registered on the survinator.com website and those filling out questionnaires accept that their data will be managed and processed by the Service Provider.
The user interfaces of the survinator.com site can only be accessed with a password through enhanced security layers for the protection of data and the safety of the User. The User is responsible for ensuring that third parties do not have unauthorized access to their data. The User is responsible for the legality of the information he enters, in the case of a registered User, the data he enters and the activity he performs on his password-protected user interface. The registered user is responsible for the confidential management of the data stored on his user interface and the password associated with the interface.
Users of survinator.com are personally and exclusively responsible for all information that they upload to the website or that they make available to third parties through the website.
survinator.com is fully automated, it does not control the information, data and contents that are generated during the use of the system. survinator.com does not guarantee the quality, legality or integrity of this information, data and content.
The survinator.com system is only capable of what we indicated during registration. You can try out most of them in the free version to avoid misunderstandings later. If they do not work as you expect or do not meet your needs, please do not use the site!
2. Package change
survinator.com is available in the form of packages with different functionality. You can switch between these packages at any time during registration or when using the system. There is a free and a paid version. You can view the current prices at any time on the package change page.
We inform the user about the process and steps of the package change via system messages and email. The additional transfer is considered a longer lifetime of entitlement. The duration of the entitlement is given according to the size of the excess.
Invoicing takes place in the days following the transfer.
We do not accept complaints after payment, we do not undertake refunds.
3. Sending information, messages
survinator.com respects the privacy rights of all natural persons visiting the site.
Survinator.com only sends mail to its registered users about the operation of the service, notifications about your user account, the status of package changes, and completed invoices.
Through survinator.com, the person using the system can send out a specified number of letters in his package. This function is closely related to the completeness of the service provided by the site, it serves to share completed questionnaires. The user is solely responsible for the content of these letters and the source of the recipient's email addresses.
4. Data provision, sharing to third parties
The Service Provider may share the postal data of users who require a paid package with Magyar Posta in order to deliver invoices.
The Service Provider will not release the registered personal data to any third party (except in the case of mandatory data provision) without the express written consent of the data subject - in the absence of a legal obligation. In all cases, the data is handled in compliance with the provisions of the applicable data protection legislation.
5. Mandatory data provision
It may happen that the Service Provider has to hand over your personal data in certain cases - legal requirements, legal proceedings, lawsuits and/or requests from public law authorities or government bodies. We can also transfer your personal data even if this is necessary for national security, law enforcement or other public interest reasons.
We may also transfer your personal data if we deem it justified to comply with our terms and conditions or to protect our operations or users.
6. Data retention
As a natural person, you have the right to know and, if necessary, modify, supplement, clarify and delete the data we have registered about you. Personal data will be destroyed by the Service Provider upon termination of registration or at your request.
In order to maintain the quality of survinator.com's services, inactive users may be deleted after a warning and grace period.
